It is no longer sufficient just to plug in a computer, run a few installers and walk away. Most organisations will have back office server and integration requirements that must be satisfied before the installation can be deemed successful.

Datrix treats each installation as a project and makes certain that an engineer or team of engineers with the most appropriate skills are used to deploy the solution.

Our installation services cover most areas relating to Mac & PC desktops, servers, networking, backup, security and disaster recovery.

As part of any installation work that we carry out, our engineers will report on problems relating to the existing IT environment, and make recommenadations. Our installation service is extremely flexible, and can be anything from a single hour to a fully project-managed large scale roll-out.
