Most of our customers have opted to continue with Datrix as their preferred IT support and maintenance partner from the first meeting. Datrix has a very good understanding of the differences between a good service and an excellent service. We have a 1:4 management to engineering ratio and our on-site engineers have a fully trained and equipped team back at base, to minimise any interruption to your business.

  • Mission Critical Hardware Overview

  • Many of our customers rely completely on Datrix for the support of their computer infrastructure enabling them to concentrate on their business. We have a range of options available to suit businesses of all sizes and with different IT requirements.

  • Network

    The 'Network' as we know it has been transformed and transported. It has moved into our homes, cars and venues around the world. Our ability to envision networking needs has resulted in our ability to meet the demands of a world of communicators.

  • 4 hour

    All critical technologies which are important to the business enjoy a maximum 4 hour response by an engineer. As most budgets impose limitations it is not always deemed necessary to have less critical equipment on a 4 hour contract.

  • 8 Hour

    To maximise the benefit of the initial IT investment we recommend an 8 hour response contract for all equipment that is not mission critical. Our sales and engineering staff will be happy to advise on the best balance between 4 and 8 hour support to suit your budget and particular requirements.

  • Engineer On-Site

    Many of our customers do not enjoy the luxury of a full-time, suitably qualified engineer on site. To address this need, Datrix provides many of its clients with engineers on contract, providing an engineer on site from as little as half a day or as long as you need every week.
