We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our London-based account team. Sales Professionals at Datrix are required to be involved in both the management of existing customers and the development of new clients.
The role will entail maintaining and expanding customer relationships to both meet revenue objectives and ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
It is an essential part of the role to maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services wihtin the Datrix portfolio. Account Managers should also have a broad understanding of competitive product and services offerings.
The Account Manager will also be required to maintain up to date and accurate CRM records in relation to their sales activity and to deliver other appropriate reports to Datrix senior management as required.
The successful candidate will work with internal sales and marketing resources to drive customer opportunities through cross-selling and appropriate account planning, as well as working with vendors and partners to develop long term strategies for specific key accounts. Key skills:
The Datrix Network Consultant works within the Consultancy department and is responsible for providing technical network skills to support our customers both onsite and remotely. The role is predominantly about delivery but there are elements of pre-sales and support as well. The role will require close working relationships with all Datrix departments including, Operations,
Support, Project Management and Sales.
