Procurement Frameworks

Datrix is accredited across several major procurement frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems.

These Frameworks allow UK public sector clients to purchase our products and services at more competitive prices, without having to go through the lengthy and costly process of identifying and fully vetting suitably qualified IT services providers.

Every agreement is compliant with EU procurement regulations, with pre-approved terms and conditions and regular reviews of suppliers to ensure they are performing well. For healthcare, education and government organisations, engaging with us via these agreements can significantly reduce overall procurement costs whilst building a strong, long term relationship that delivers excellent value.

RM3808 – Network Services 2

The Network Services 2 framework (RM3808), is a direct successor to RM1045 Network Services. It provides access to networking and telecommunications services for the whole of the UK public sector with options to procure via Further Competition tenders or a Direct Award catalogue.

Datrix’s place on RM3808 positions us amongst an elite group of SME suppliers, demonstrating our commitment to delivering cost-effective, transformational services to existing and new public sector customers. Our comprehensive portfolio of services can be accessed via five lots:

  • Lot 1: Data Access Services - Provision of connectivity services, enabling site to site or site to cloud inter-connectivity including Wide Area Networks (WAN).
  • Lot 2: Local Connectivity Services - Provision of single site connectivity services, including local area networks (LAN) enabling inter-connectivity.
  • Lot 5: IP Telephony Services - Internet Protocol (IP) Telephony services with the ability to make and receive telephone calls by the transmission of voice over an IP based network service, including breakout to PSTN.
  • Lot 10: Unified Communications - Provision of unified communications solutions to provide a consistent user interface across a range of end-user devices.
  • Lot 13: Contact Centre Services - Provision of call/contact centre services for the use of buyer employees only.

RM3808 is managed by Crown Commercial Service (CCS), an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office, supporting the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.
